When can we register for the 2021 Season? 

Online registration is now open. Please click on the links below to register for the program that you would like to register for.

What does the registration fee include:  
Competition Team: Uniform rental, cheer briefs, cheer game bow, competition bow, outdoor and indoor practice facility rental,
competition music, program insurance, affiliation fees, banquet admission, coaches training, competition fee, homecoming items, first aid
supplies, October pink items, team gifts.

Recreational Team: Uniform rental, cheer briefs, cheer game bow, poms, outdoor and indoor practice facility rental, program insurance,
banquet admission, coaches training, first aid supplies, homecoming items, October pink items, team gifts.

Mini-Rec Team: Uniform rental, cheer briefs, cheer game bow, poms, outdoor practice facility rental, program insurance,
banquet admission, coaches training, first aid supplies, homecoming items, October pink items, team gifts.



Are there any additional fees?
Additional fees would be for any items that your cheerleader would need such as warmups and shoes. If a competition team qualifies for the state competition, there will also be that additional fee. All other fee will be included in the registration cost.

Do you offer Sibling/Family discounts?
Yes, our Sibling/Family discount is as follows:
$25.00 off registration fee for each additional cheer family member(s) 

Do you offer a new cheerleader Referral Bonus?
Yes. Every returning Jr. Eagles Cheerleader that refers a new (never registered before) cheerleader that joins our 2021 season will receive a $25.00 credit on their own registration fees this season. ***(limit 2 per cheerleader please)

What forms of payment of fees are accepted?
We accept payment of fees with cash, check, credit/debit card, or via Paypal. We offer payment plans with multiple checks or credit card payments to allow payment of fees in 3-5 payments. If you have questions about setting up a payment plan for your fees, please contact our Treasurer, Diane Merlin @ [email protected], for assistance.

Why do I need to write multiple checks?
If doing the payment plan with checks, you will need to pre-date your checks for the determined payment amounts and submit to Diane Merlin. All checks should be made payable to Jr. Eagles Cheerleading.
A separate check is required at uniform pickup as a uniform deposit, in the amount of $200.00 (Recreational Squads) or $300.00 (Competition Squads). This check is not cashed and is returned to you, or shredded, when the entire uniform is returned in undamaged condition at the end of the season. Please post date this check for 12-1-21. This check should also be made payable to Jr. Eagles Cheerleading.

Are there fundraisers for the organization?
NEW this season. We will be having fundraiser throughout the season that will go directly back to your cheerleader to cover ALL FEES. You may use these funds to pay for registration costs, warmups, shoes, spiritwear, and state competition fees.

When registering online, I am unable to upload a copy of my daughter's birth certificate (competition squads only). What should I do?
If you are unable to upload a copy of your daughter's birth certificate while registering online, please send a copy to us via email (email: [email protected]). Please reference your daughter's name and grade in your email. If you don't have a scanned copy of your daughter's birth certificate. you can take a picture of her birth certificate and send the picture to us. Please be sure the copy or picture is clear and legible.

When is the 1st day of practice?
The first day of practice is July 26th. Practices will start out with teams practicing 2-3 days per week. Once school begins, recreational teams will practice 1 day a week and mini-rec squads will no longer have weekday practices - mini-rec squads will meet prior to each game to stretch, practice and cheer at the game. Coaches will let you know the practice schedule as soon as it becomes available.

Where do the squads practice?
Summer practices are held outside at LITH Village Hall field (behind Costco) for all squads.
Indoor practice facilities are still being scheduled. As soon as we have locations we will update.

When do the squads practice, and for how long?
Summer practices are Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays starting from 6:00pm-8:00pm for most squads. Our recreational and mini-rec squads will have a reduced practice schedule. This schedule will be available to our cheer families as soon as the information is decided.

When school begins, what will the practice schedule for my squad be?
*Recreational Squads: Practices will be one day a week; the location and practice days and times are TBA for each squad. Possible practice days are Mondays through Thursdays, generally at 6:00pm-7:30pm. 
*Mini-Rec Squads: Practices will be once a week until the end of August; the location, day and time are TBA. At the end of August, mini-rec squads will no longer have weekday practices - instead they will meet prior to each game to stretch, practice and cheer at the game.

*Competition Squads: Practices will be 3 days a week; the location, practice days and times are TBA for each squad. Coaches will notify each team of their practice schedule approximately one month in advance.

When are the competitions scheduled?
*The Competition Squads will be participating in 4 competitions during the season. These are usually held in September, October, and November. Dates/Times will be announced as soon as they become available to us.
-Squads that qualify will also compete at the IRCA State Championship, held at the NOW Arena, in early December. Practices will continue into the beginning of December for those squads who participate in the State Championship.

When does football games/sideline cheering begin?
The 1st game of the season is usually the second to last weekend in August. (Yes, there is a game on Labor Day weekend.) All of our squads cheer for the Jr. Eagles football organization.

How long does the cheer season last?
The season lasts from late July through the month of November to include all Jr. Eagles football playoff and Super Bowl games and regular season competitions. Competition Squads will practice through early December if they qualify for State. 

What age do you begin accepting cheerleaders?
We accept all children entering Kindergarten through grade 8. We do not have tryouts.

Can I still register after the last scheduled registration?
To guarantee a squad placement, it is highly recommended to register during our open registration dates. It is necessary to contact us to check for squad and uniform availability. *If you are interested in joining one of our cheer squads after our final registration is announced, please e-mail Michele Sanabria at: [email protected]

I’m moving, can I get a refund?
Yes, you can get a partial* refund prior to July 1st, 2021. After July 1st, 2021 we DO NOT issue refunds.
*A $50.00 NON-REFUNDABLE FEE WILL BE ASSESSED ($25 for recreational squads)                                           
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR PURCHASED CHEER SHOES OR ANY OTHER PERSONALIZED/SIZED ITEMS RECEIVED OR ALREADY ORDERED FOR YOUR CHEERLEADER.
